I retain all rights to all compositions I make regardless of commissioner or piece of music.

50% of the commission must be paid upfront, and the remaining 50% must be paid after the commission is complete.

I will attempt any genre of music one may want; however, if I am unable to produce said genre, an alternative genre may be picked or a refund will be issued.

I reserve the right to refuse any potential clients on any grounds at any time

I will try to update as frequently as I can; however, I am a full time college student, so delivery times may vary depending on the time of the year and complexity of the composition.

Any commissioned work is NOT to be used by anyone other than me or the commissioner unless express permission is given by both

Compositions may not be resold to another party unless permission from me is given.
